Re: Dr. Watson shuts down Internet Mail Service |

Hi bprescue,
When the IMS and store go down, does Dr.Watson generate a user.dmp file?
You can open up Dr.Watson from the run line (drwtsn32) to determine the
default path for the dump file. If so, it'd be worthwhile to open a PSS
support case (800-936-4900) for our analysis. It may point to a hotfix or a
later build for msexcimc.exe or store.exe to resolve the issue - if this is
the case, you would be refunded. It's also worthwhile to note that if the
dump path (default will be on C:) does not have enough disk space, we will
not generate a dump file - you may want to redirect this dump file to
another drive.
Hope this helps!

incoming email with an invalid charachter set is shutting down my Inernet

SP4 or build 5.52653.22 will resolve the issue However I have SP4 and

2653.23. At this point I am resownloading SP4 and may plan on
reistalling,
however really don't want to unless I have no alternative. Ideas?
Thanks! |
