How do i set Exchange 2003 to automatically empty the deleted items folder
for all users.....without having to set it on each individual users profile.

I am assuming there is a reg edit or something.

That's purely a client function of Outlook. To make sure it gets
picked up by the right people, repeat this question into an Outlook
newsgroup.

It's definately part of the ORK Policies.
Go here:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/orkarchive/2003ddl.htm
Get this:
Office-2003-SP1-ADMs-OPAs-and-Explain-Text.exe
Read the Excel spreadsheet, it's lines 1263/1264.
