We are running Exchange 03. I have 1 person, outside of our organization,
that can send and receive emails with me, but is not able to send read
receipts back to me. They get a returned mail message with the following:

Permanent error involving remote host.
554 5.1.0 Sender Denied

Any help would be appreciated!!!
