I have MS Exchange 2003 installed on a Windows 2003 Domain Controller. I'm
looking to do something fairly basic here.

I need an address such at "support@mydomain.com" created so users can send a
message to it. I want that message to be delivered to a user account I have
in AD i.e. my account.

Do I need to create a complete new user in AD and then setup the properties
appropriately, or is there a way to create just the mailbox "support" and
have it's mail sent to users I decide? Thanks.

Hi

Why not mail enable a security group, or make a brand new distribution
group, and add everyone who is to recieve the mail to this.
