Where can you change the default email address format.

By default it is doing first initial surname@

I want to have firstname.lastname@

not sure if you can change the 'default'
assuming you're using either 2000 or 2003, in AD when you create a user,
whatever the username is becomes the email. so if you create a user account
for jim and the login is jim, then the email is defaulted to jim@domain.com
you would have to change each one manually or when upon creation of the new
account
behavior is probably by design
