I have had a couple of complaints that large attachments are being removed
from emails but there appears to be no association. I am runnning Exchange
2003 and Outlook 2000 or 2003. I beleive I have turned off all the message
limits.

Is there any help that you can give me before I turn off the Virus Scanning
Software (McAfee)?

Many thanks.

Hi Danny,

What type of attachments are "removed" (doc, pdfs or even EXE)?
Do small attachments go through? How large the the "large" ones?

By default (Outlook 2003, not sure about Outlook 2000), attachments are
blocked which could harm the clients (bat, exe, vbs, js). These could
potentially contain viruses.

Regards,
Jochen.
