Hi. I have a fresh install on SBS server 2003 & cannot send attachments. I
always get error "You do not have permission to sent to this recipient" Are
sending attachments denied by default?. Thanks for any help.

They aren't denied by default. Where are you getting this message
from, your server or the recipients server? Can you post it here?
Better still, use the Microsoft.public.smallbiz group where it will be
picked up by the SBS folks for sure.
