We have an Exchange Server running on Small Business
Server.

Several users use the same e-mailaddress and our mails are
first sent to our mail provider. And with the pop3
connector we get them in every 15 minutes.

That works perfectly, the mails get into Exchange and are
sent to a distribution group. What I can't find out is
howto let them reply with the same address. If they reply
to a mail the address "info@techne.be" has to be shown.
I changed the Default Policy in the Recipient Polices in
Exchange Server Management. I changed the default reply to
value into info@techne.be instead of @techne.local the
problem is that every user now has an address of the type
info3@techne.be, info1zef1@techne.be,
infozef18ze@techne.be and so on. The reply-to address of
all the users should be info@techne.be

What am I forgetting or doing wrong ?

Set the send as permission on the security page of the AD object (in your
case the dist list). Then get the users to fill in the From (new message,
tools, From Field) when they want to send a message using the generic
address. Otherwise you are looking at third party software or everyone using
one mailbox.
