All,

We want to upgrade from 5.5 to exchange 2003. In other words, we want to add
a 2003 exchange server to our 5.5 org. Then move all the users and PF over
to the new server.

We also have three sites which has a total of 3 servers in the 5.5 ORG.

The problem is that our ORG has unsupported characters. We have a "comma"
and a "period" in our name. Is there way to remove this from the 5.5 ORG on
all three servers/sites?

It looks like this (without quotes):
"My Company, Inc."

We would like to change it to (without quotes):
"My New Company"

If so, how and with what tool?

thanks,

Hi FastEddie,

Just change the Organization or Site (depending on your needs) "display"
info and that should be enough. Once Exchange 2003 setup starts he only gets
that.

Hope this help !.

Sounds great. The other servers in the other sites will be able to see this
server as a 5.5 server?

thanks,

Eddie

The first E2k3 installed into a site will have the SRS installed, which is
in fact the E2k3 incarnation of the 5.5 directory service (i.e. allows it to
be 'seen' by 5.5 servers, etc). That's a basic description, anyway. :)
