Migration was ok, but I think there is problem in replication between 5.5,
2003 and AD. Checked ADC and it looks all fine, getting lot of error: 9548,
8231, 8026. I noticed that if some had access to two or more email account
in 5.5, that enduser is getting problem if I try to migrate them to 2003.
Any help is greatly appreciated as few endusers in my company are having
issue with email not getting deliverd to them.

Is this what it looks like?

Basically, you hinted at the problem when you said that some users have more
than one 5.5 account. Once the ADC runs, it can only map one of them in
whatever order it finds them. The result is what you see in your
environment. Delivery is affected in some cases as well.
