How to change organization name?

The organization name is : abc.com and now abc.com is our competitors. I
need to change organization name to xyz.com otherwise, clients see in message
source that our organization name is abc.com. They think we are part of
abc.com but it is not the case.

My question is How to change organization name in exchange? I have 5.5 and
2003 standard. One 2000 server and one nt4. Will I have to redo entire
forest???

Can you post a header that shows them the abc.com so we can better offer how
to accomplish what you want to do?
