Enabling user password in OWA 2003 |

Hi,
After following the necessary posted instructions to enable user password
changes in OWA on 2003, I cannot get the Change Password button to appear
under the Options section.
I followed these instructions:
http://www.petri.co.il/enable_password_changing_through_owa_in_exchange_2003.htm
The registry key "DisablePassword" was already in the system, so I changed
and reset twice the reg-dword from 1 to 0 with no change in results.
Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot this issue.

Hi - thanks Jamelia. I set the IIS metabase with the adsutil.vbs set
w3svc/1/passwordchangeflags 0 which I did not have before.
I can successfully go directly to the https://server/iisadmpwd/aexp2b.sp
however there is no button displayed under the Options in OWA premium,
basic, public computer and private computer log ins to go to that page.
I did try a reset of the registry key again in case.
Any ideas?

It states that the registry key must be done on all the backend servers
also -
Enabling and hiding the Change Password button in Outlook Web Access
Note This registry value must be enabled on both front-end and back-end
servers.
Lo and behold - it worked!

Are you using the UPN name in the Account field?

Changing a password for an Exchange 2003 mailbox depends on Wins name resolution. Do you have an Wins Server in your environment?
