I have created a new AL under All address list, and i have a problem: i can
see the members on preview in Exchange System Manager but i can't see them
in outlook address book (i can see the folder but not the members)

p.s. the members are in a subdomain in which i can't view and manage the
mailbox store (i think for connecting misconfiguration...)

Thank all.

Check to see if there is maybe a problem with the Domain RUS in the
subdomain. RUS is responsible for stamping objects with ShowInAddressBook
attribute values corresponding to the Address Lists to which the object
belongs. If RUS is not running then these values will not be present and
the clients will not see the entries. The following article has move
information on this.

Another thought. If you are using the Outlook 2003 client in cached mode,
the default setting is for the clients to use the OAB. The OAB might not
yet have the new values, depending on the schedule you have set.
