Couple of questions |
|
|
1) Is it possible to run more than one Exchange Virtual Server on a 2-node
Active/Passive cluster. The relevant details are Exchange 2003 on Windows
Server 2003. I have been able to create a second EVS in a new cluster group,
but from what I can tell this not allowed/supported. (This is still very
much a test environment.) The reason I tried this is a matter for another
post. For now I'm just interested in the specific details of whether or not
this is a valid configuration.
2) Is it possible to use Exchange 2003's 'Send As' privileges using a client
other than Outlook? I.e, can User A send mail as User B using SMTP (telnet,
OE, Eudora, Pegasus, whatever...)?
Thanks,
RS
PS I posted this same message in the Exchange Administration group a little
while ago then realized it was probably better here. Sorry for the double
posting.
