No exchange organization container found in this domain when |
|
|
I'm trying to run the Exchange BPA from my XP Pro computer for our Windows
2000 Small Bus Server. When I start it up and connect to Active Directory, I
get the error "No Exchange Organization container found in this domain." I'm
not sure what is going on and I'm not sure everything in the server is set up
correctly. Exchange is running- we are getting emails, but messenger isn't
working, which is why I'm trying to analyze this. I didn't set the server up
and I don't know what the software is looking for. In AD, the server (Hector)
shows up under domain controllers and under XPAINTBALL(Exchange), Servers.
Thanks

Hi Judy,
The ExBPA issue is probably down to permissions. i.e. the account that
you're logged on with doesn't have permissions to access the organization
container.
However, ExBPA doesn't analyze Windows Messenger issues, so you might want
to try a different approach for tackling your problem.
Kind Regards,
