Hello all.
Does Exchange have any way to count / monitor the number of e-mails that
pass through the SMTP service (from the internal network to the Internet
recipients)? This would be for both outbound and inbound. Thanks in
advanced.

You could setup the IIS logging for your SMTP virtual servers, and then use
something like AWStats to analyze the log files...
