If you have a Watchguard Firebox with SMTP Proxy service enabled you'll see
this issue, see the article below.

We have done the upgrade from exch 5.5 to exch 2000 then to exchange
2003 this weekend and i have been having some of our cleints getting
the following error message when sending to us now. any help would be
greatly appreciated. It is intermitent, some are able to get through to
