Is there a way to move multiple mailboxes in Exchange 2000, instead of using
Users and Computers?

Via a script....

or

Exchange 2003 allows you to move mailboxes via ESM.

You can move multiple users from ADUC ... just select them all. You can
even do a find and create a query to select all the users you want to move
and then select them all to be moved.
