auto forward Distribution Group messages to just an individu |
|
|
Hey there,
I know the standard and logical way of controlling access to a distirbution
group is through the 'Message Restrictions, Accept messages: From, Only from"
Exchange General tab.
I have a question from a colleague about the possibility of auto-forwarding
a message to 'All Staff' or 'Announce - Faculty' to an individual for review
and approval before it is let go.
That would mean possibly keeping the 'Accept messages: From everyone'
permission, and setting up maybe a 'contact' that the messages to these large
(abused) groups would be forwarded to?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Sandy

Workaround:
1. Create the groups, but only with the person that will review the mails
sent.
2. Create another groups, these ones with the correct members, but hidden
from the gal. Give only that user permissions to send to those groups.
