We have 4 sites with Exchange 5.5; one of which has the first E2K3
server (WARR). This server was the migration server if you like.
WARR can send to all exchange 5.5 servers. The CA_Config connection
agreement is in place and works fine.

My problem is any additional E2K3 servers added to my main exchange
site (TELECOMS) are not able to send email to one of the exchange 5.5
servers. The emails to this particular server are held in a queue (on
both the additional E2K3 servers) called MEDIAPATH (the name of our
bridgehead 5.5 server) - this is an X400 protocol queue, and although
automatically generated, has "No" under the System Queue attribute in
the Queue list (as opposed to the automatically generated SMTP queues
which have the value "Yes").

WARR also has a queue called MEDIAPATH that is X400 and has "No" under
the system attribute but is able to use this queue to send email
without any problems!

All the 5.5 servers are in their own sites; all are connected via X400
and directory replication connectors to MEDIAPATH.

My Questions:
Why is it that just this one server cannot be found?
Why is the queue showing as not a system queue when it has not been
created manually be me?
How can I find out the settings / attributes of this queue, and any
system created queue for that matter?

Any help would be appreciated as I little hair left due to this
frustrating problem!!

Increase logging for the MSExchangeMTA on both the receiving and sending
server to see if there are any RPC Bindback errors. Check the events in the
Application log, it could be a permissions issue or name resolution. Check
for 9318's 9322's.
