How do I setup shared calenders in the public folder. Using Exchange 2003.

You need to have rights to create top-level PFs or to create PFs in the
folders you wish - and you do this in Outlook. Right-click, new folder,
choose the folder type, etc....and then set the permissions as you wish.
Don't make too many people owner...they can muck up stuff without knowing
it. Usually one person & the admin account as owner suffices.
