POP3 Service - Only administrator can use |

Using SBS 2003, with POP3 service activated...only the user Administrator
can login successfully via POP3 remotely. All other users get
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was
rejected. Account: 'servername.com', Server: 'servername.com', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad
password.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error
Number: 0x800CCC92
The passwords are definitely correct. Is there something restricting access
to their mailboxes via POP3 that needs to be activated possibly?

check the exchange features tab in the user properties in active directory
and see if pop3 is enabled for that user; that would be the first thing i
would look at
