We are running exchange 5.5 and a few users are having trouble sending mail
whereby it just sits in the queue.

The message given is "451 Could Not Complete Sender Verify Callout" email
coming in seems OK but for sending most users have this problem. I can send
mail without a problem which I find strange

I beleive it is a problem with our ISP not our exchange server? Can anyone
confirm this or seen this before?
