I am looking at purchasing exchange 2003 and am confused about the prices.

Exchange 2003 standard costs $699 BUT with 5 user licence costs $1199.

Doesnt the purchase of Office 2003 come with a license?

office license allows you to run the product, not to connect to any
particular mail system (exchange, notes, groupwise, etc)
