I have exchange 2003 running as part of Small Business Server 2003.
Mail is collected from a single collect all POP3 account. Once downloaded
exchange distributes the mail accordingly.
However, it appears if a message is sent to more than one person within the
same company the message is delivered twice, or as many times as there are
people listed in the "to" box.
This means a recipient may receive the message 2 or 3 times.
Can i stop this
