unable to send mail |

I have an exchange server and the clients use outlook. With one user I can
receive email but I am unable to send email. I have tried other accounts on
the client pc and it works fine. I also have moved this account to another
pc and it does the same thing. The following is what the email says when it
fails. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.
The e-mail system was unable to deliver the message, but did not report a
specific reason. Check the address and try again. If it still fails,
contact your system administrator.
