Exchange 5.5 non deliverable email |

Hi,
I have one user that can not send email to a particular address, yet others
are able to send to the same address. Email just sits in IMS Outbound queue.
User uses different pc's ...work, home, remote citrix, OWA.

Enable diagnostic logging on the IMC....SMTP protocol I think. Then scan the
app log for clues as to why mail for that user isn't going through.
