Using OWA for Exchange 2003 box, Globabl address book does not list members.
You can only search. Is this by default? Can it be changed so that it lists
all members just like through Outlook. Users like to go through the list and
select the names.

Also, when you start an email and click on the "to" button, then try to
change to the contacts address book, we get the same thing.

Some of our users need the simplicity of clicking on people's names rather
than searching for them.

Any ideas??

This is by nature. It would eat up too much bandwidth and FE perfomance to
enumerate all your user accounts when you hit the TO button.

This is a very common complaint to users new to OWA. My recommendations for
deployments usually entail showing users that they can just type a piece of
the name/names(seperated by semicolons) and hit send. The check name function
runs and shows all the users that match the entries on the TO: line, one at a
time. This is actually faster than clicking on TO, sorting through gobs of
users and clicking on them one at a time.
