Global distribution lists |

User can create local distribution lists with Outlook which contain names and
addresses but do not have to create a contact for each recipient. Is it
possible to create a global list like this? The intent is that the list would
be available for those who use OWA as well.

Create such global lists in the Global Address List (Active Directory Users
and Computers), not in Outlook.

Thanks for the info. I have actually already done this, but was unable to
simply add name/address pairs to the list without creating a contact first.
BTW this is on Exchange 2003.
