Can't send to people on my own server |

I recvently set up a 2003 Exchange server.
If I try to send mail to people on the same server I get:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject:
Sent: 1/23/2005 2:57 PM
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
Last, First (first@domain.org) on 1/23/2005 2:57 PM
The message could not be delivered because the recipient's destination email
system is unknown or invalid. Please check the address and try again, or
contact your system administrator to verify connectivity to the email system
of the recipient.
<server.domain.org #5.1.2>
Does anyone know what's going on here?
