Error Trying to download Offline Address Book (Exchange/Outl |

I am using Exchange 2003. I have created my Default Offline Address List,
which includes several address lists from my Exchange Server.
I have tried to "Rebuild" and waited over an hour (less than 500 users).
When I try to download the Offline Address Book from Outlook (2003, 2002,
2000), I get the error message, "An error occured while opening the Microsoft
Exchange Offline Address Book files on the Microsoft Exchange Server. See
your administrator."
I feel like I may be missing something basic here, but what?!? The Outlook
client is conected to the Exchange server on which the defaul offline address
list resides, and is functioning in all other matters (email etc.)
