OWA Continues to Load when clicking next page

OWA Continues to Load when clicking next page

I have multiple clients asking me why when they click on the Next to see the
next page of either e-mails or next page of Contacts, they get a Loading....
Loading and it never stops. They can't see the next page of contacts.

The only thing i've come up with is these users have large e-mail boxes
300,000MB plus. Is this a limitation with OWA? We are running Exchange
2003. My e-mail box is not that large and I can click the next and it loads
fine. This doesn't happen from within the network only at home. They all
have high speed internet as well.

So that's all I got so far.

Have these users changed the amount it displays at a time by any chance?

Think its 25 by default i had a user set it to 100 and it took a little time
to load the page.

Depends on your beast back end

I don't think it's the back end that's causing the problem. It's a brand
spanking new server with more then enough power to handle out exchange
environment. I'm only talking about 100 users. I'll have the users try the
100 at a time.

Any other suggestions while i'm at it?
