problem sending internet e-mail |
|
|
in our company we have 5 different people who can sent and receive email.
they haven an internet email account configured on their systems.
example :
smtp server : smtp.illimburg.nl
pop3 server : pop.example.nl
etc. etc.
so just a normal internet email account.
also they have a exchange acount for the domain which they connect to.
And it is configured to use the internet email setting for sending and
receiving external email.
now the problem ::
We have worked with this solution for a long time , but suddenly it stopped
working.
now email is trying to route itself over our exchange server, and bounces
back.
Maybe there are different solutions for solving my problem.
what I want :
There are over 80 employees , 75 of them schould only be able to send email
on our internal domain. the other 5 must send and receive internet email. so
they are responseble for registration and forwarding to other employees. this
is done to control our email traffic.
