3 Questions 2 OWA 1 Exchange 2003 |
|
|
Hi
I have upgraded Exchange 2003 onto a 2 domain site.
The 1 domain with Exchange on is working fine... the second domain we have
to use OWA..
1/ when I open IE 5 or 6 and type the path to the OWA
http://192.168.1.1/exchange it opens fine, if I save the shortcut on the
desktop it won't open from this...also it wont open from the address bar as
http://servername/exchange.. ? whys this.
2/ Is the global address list available in OWA as it is not populated..?
3/ Where do I find the admin tools on the Exchange 2003 standard disk..
thanks

Where are you doing this from? Inside or outside the network?

You can enter names and check recipient but, out of the box, there is
no GAL to search and select

Run setup and select only the admin components. There is no
"adminpak.msi" type install in Exchange. It's the same as 5.5 in that
you run the setup for the whole product and select a custom install.
