I need to develop a system that allows Exchange users and mailboxes to
be created via an ASP or ASP.NET VBScript webform. Also, I need to
allow users to modify their password via a different webform.

First, what is the best method of doing this?
Can someone point me to some resources that will explain the best
method to go about this process? Thanks in advance!
