Can anyone post a working example of creating an offline address book
in Exchange using .NET (C#, NOT VB... or at least help me understand
whats going on if you post in VB). I'm having a horrid time getting
this to work...

Did you manage to get anywhere with this? I am working on this right now,
and so far can't find a starting place.
