Hello , is there by any chance a way to set the Exchange Server to add a
specific predefined text to all outgoing e-mails ? Because I don't want to
modify the Normal.dot of my clients , and I don't want my clients to alter
the content of that text. Thank you in advance and I look forward for any hint

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/content_control.htm for various methods
and tools for controlling disclaimers and other signatures from the Exchange
server.

purchasing a solution is not an option
