We cannot receive clients' emails sent through web form.

I find the problem is, SBS2003 does not all a smtp session if a smtp client
does not have a reverse entry (PTR record). This is very common for the
IIS4/5/6 with smtp compent to be configured without PTR record or even A
record.

In order to receive emails from those emails, the only thing I can do is to
disable the reverse lookup? But how can I do it?

Q297412 mentions the option in Exchange System Manager
