OMA is simply OWA for mobile devices.

I have a smartphone, so all I do is launch Pocket IE, then type in the url
and hit GO
The url will be http://server.domain.com/OMA
as opposed to
http://server.domain.com/exchange for OWA

Your mobile devices may differ in their browsers, but the big picture is to
point the device to http://server.domain.com/OMA

You will also have to Globally enable OMA in the Exchange System
Manager-Global Settings-Mobile Service- Properties.

Hope this helps
