Hi there,

I would like to customize the "Appointment" form to include a category drop
down box (like the one in Outlook 2003 to assign the appointment category
with coloring).

Can someone point me to the correct way? with great appreciation

There is no real correct way to do this customization (other the skinning)
in not supported. What you can do is experiment with modifying the script
files to add and remove elements you need to be careful with any changes you
make as these are often overwritten by service packs and hotfix release's.
