Hi,

Sorry if it is the wrong group. Is it possible to set that every
outgoing e-mail fo a user (not all users) has a predefined address in
bcc field? Configuration is Outlook XP, and Exchange server 2003. We
would like to avoid programming, if possible. Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Dulijano

Not possible without programming. What's the purpose?

OK thanks. Thought so, just wanted to check.
We have a customer, whose users would like to send a bcc to their
secretaries for all e-mails they send.

Dulijano

Why clutter the secretaries' mailboxes like this when you could just grant
them permission to view the Sent Items folder of the original sender.
