Hi all,

We are having a printing problem when using OWA to create a new message.
Whenever we click the print button (before sending the message), all the
content of the message disappear (and the content cannot be selected --
nothing happen when click that area). Can anyone tell me how to solve it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Billy

Billy - OWA printing problems can be specific to the version of the browser
that you use, the printer driver that you use, and the OS that is runnign on
the computer that you use to gain access to OWA.
Can you tell me what version of the browser, driver and OS you are using?

We experience the same problem.

Happens with all printers so drivers doesn't seem to matter.
Browser is IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.050301-1526
OS is XP sp2

Searching the news groups shows other threads with the same problem but no
resolution or even a response on if it is just a bug. Has anyone tried this
with Exchange SP2?
