GAL did not updated the new mailbox which created in other site

New Mailbox has been created on other exchange site and the new mailbox did
not shown up on ogranisation GAL address book. It only shown up on the local
GAL address book and did not shown up on other Exchange sites.

Environment:
Exchange 5.5 SP4
