Public Folder Store not replicating contents and hierarchy |

Hi,
i have a very strange problem.
In an environment with 3 Exchange Servers, one Server is not replicating the
contents or the hierarchy of the public folders.
Analysing the replication (increased logging) the change originating server
issues a change notification and sends it to the other servers. Message
tracking shows the delivery of the message on the servers. One server
responds with a replication and the other server does not even process the
recieved mail as no "inbound" replication message is shown in the event log.
THe configuration has not been changed on the servers, only event to mention
was a failover that has occured on the server. (Legato standby cluster). Any
help or info is highly appreciated.
