I get a snap-in failed error when trying to access smtp virtual server
properties in exchange 2003. The SMTP service is running as are all the
exchange services. Mail seems to be going out and coming in just fine. I am
at a loss to explain it. Any ideas?

setup: Exchange 2003, Windows 2003, Symantec Anitvirus for exchange
