That's quite difficult to say because it depends on so many factors. One of
them is single instance storage.
"Single instance storage means that if 1000 users on a Microsoft Exchange
Server get the same message, the message is only stored once in the database
and each of the users gets a pointer to the message."
If you think long term and count with deleted items retention, you can
expect a 1:1 ratio. So if you have to plan the storage needed for 100 users
with 50MB mailboxes, the value is 100x50=5.000 MB.
