OK. I am migrating from E5.5 to E2k3. Have followed Exdeploy up to
the ADC. Used ADC tools all the way through step 4. The user and
public folder ocnneciton agreements exists, but I don't see any
evidence of replication.

The resouce accounts never get created and changing attributes at
either side and "replicate(ing) now" doesn't have an affect, but
doesn't raise an error. I have turned diagnostic logging up to
maximum, but still not event log entries. Nothing in the ADCTools.log
either. Does it log replication somewhere else?
Anyway. Ideas on what I should do are greatly appreciated.

This is my third such migration and never had a problem at this step
before. I even ran this very migration in Virtual PC and it went fine.
I've very fustrated now!

Never mind. I corrected it by changing the service accoutn for the the
ADC. Strange that ti didn't work udner the other one since the account
was a domain admin and service account admin in E5.5. Go figure
