Creating new Administrative Group in mixed mode |

I have two companies that were not in our Exchange organization when we
switched to mixed mode. I know in mixed the Administrative Groups are created
based on Exchange 5.5 sites. What I would like to do and need to know if this
will create an issue is to create a new administrative group in System
Manager. Then create their Exchange 2003 in this new admin group.
Can I create a new administrative group in System Manager and join the new
Exchange 2003 server when we are in mixed mode?
What issues will this cause?
