I have been using my public folder store for a corporate contact management
system. We have customized forms with userdefined fields. Currently if I
want to pull a set of data, i.e. emails for a mass mailing, I sort and
filter the data in Outlook creating a view with the results I am looking
for. Copy the items in this view to a new folder. Open Access and import
the records into a access database. Then I export the data into sql, where
I filter against a "do not email" list. I then run a .net windows app that
pulls from this database and creates and send emails for each record (using
aspnetemail by advancedintellect). As you can see I have developed a long
circuitous route for getting the information I am looking for.

What I would like is a straightforward way to import data into sql from
Exchange public folders, including userdefined fields. If I could do that,
then I could filter in sql, etc.

Can someone point me in the right direction.

The other reason for the question is my desire to pull all the records with
all data out of exchange and place a copy in sql, such that a range of
reports could be generated and presented using reporting services, etc.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
