Hello,
I need to apply one rule that moves e-mails form certain persons to some
folder. Problems are the following:
1. If I enter all persons to whom this rule applies, it cannot be
activated (not anough storage space on Exchange server)
2. If I use an address list (or addres book), rule is not applied to all
users in that addres list
3. If I use a rule that defines sender's e-mail addres (e.g.
"@mycompany.com"), rule is not applied to all users that have that
address.
Basically, rules 2. and 3. work, but only partially, and even if I
combine them together, they still do not apply ot all needed senders.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?
Configuration: Exchange 2003, and Outlook XP.
